Coratina


One of the most precious oils!

Extra virgin olive oil – single variety.

DESCRIPTION
The olive variety “Coratina” is famous for extra virgin olive oil, having about three times the concentration of healthy oleuropein and polyphenols than other varieties.

PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR:
Its intense flavour goes especially well with red meat, lamb and chicken dishes, as well as squid. It enhances the smoky taste of grilled meat and vegetables. Also goes well with bruschetta, hard cheese, tomatoes and cold sauces.

TASTE PROFILE
Moderately fruity, distinctly herbal with a hint of almonds, spicy bitter notes of medium intensity, aftertaste of pepper, almonds and artichokes.

Ogliarola

Extra virgin olive oil – single variety.

DESCRIPTION
The oil obtained from olives of the “Ogliarola” variety has a very pleasant fruity taste and an intense yellow colour with green reflections.

Light dishes made from white meat, fish or cheese.

TASTE PROFILE
Medium intense fruitiness, distinctly herbal with an aftertaste of almonds and artichokes. Spicy and bitter notes of medium intensity.
